Good GPU Card For $350-$400

Hello, I have been trying to find a GPU card for a $1000-$1200 AUD Build The resolution I want to play at is 1080p or 1440p I would rather a better card for 1080p then a alright one for 1440p

Newegg Australia has a few GTX 1070's for around $615 AUD... and GTX 1080Ti's for around $950 AUD.

Don't the GTX 1070's sell for over $600 out there in Australia? If so, perhaps he could look into getting a GTX 1060 6GB

I can only afford the 3gb version of it, will 3gb's be enough for good 1080p gameplay?
