I have an EVGA ssc 1050 ti
16GB of ddr3 RAM
amd A-6 7400k RADEON r5

I'm super confused because I have a decent mid ranged gpu than can run most triple A games but for some reason I cant ....my fps is extremely low even if I turn my settings down to very low which leads me to believe my pc is using my integrated gpu (I don't think this is the problem) I think its my cpu bottlenecking because it cant keep up with my gpu ...I did some temp test and my cpu at idle is 17c and my gpu is 37c when in game my pc doesn't exceed 70c but my cpu usage it 95%

plz someone help......also in csgo I cant get over 30 fps I didn't think my cpu was that bad keep in minf this is on high settings...my gpu should exceed 200 fps in csgo even on ultra ..also my gpu usage is super low in game

idk plz help someone

Solution
You have a bad dual core CPU. And a decent GPU. Your CPU will badly hold back your GPU. Especially in a game that's so single core dependant like csgo. Then again since you only have 2 weak cores a multicore game would be even worse.

The problem is there are upgrades for your CPU, but they're all weak as well.

All of that being said, make sure your monitor is plugged into your GPU, not your motherboard, and that you have the Nvidia drivers installed. You might as well set your settings to ultra, then turn everything that mentions CPU to the lowest. Your gpu will still run half usage at most, buy at least it'll look good while being choppy.
