what will be the best GPU for my unit.. my unit is kinda old and sooner i will buy a new one for the meantime i want to play some 2010 to 2014 games with a decent graphics and a nice(playable) FPS (about 20 - 35) any suggestion?? thanks

Yes it will, however a PCI-e 3.0 board is better. But for a single medium end GPU it isnt a big issue. So YES, it will be 100% compatible!
