Good GPU for the price?

I know someone who told me they have a spare GPU laying around that they don't use. It's a 7870 le xt MYST edition Graphics Card. It is an older GPU but I can get it for sub $100 (<$100) from said person.

I'd be tuning it with:
Intel core i5 4570 CPU
EVGA 600w PSU
G skill ripjaws (2×4gb) DDR3 ram
ASrock h97M pro 4 motherboard

Yes it is still pretty decent video card. I think $90ish would be a reasonable price for one.
