Good graphic card for my DG31PR motherboard

im using a intel dg31pr motherboard..core2 duo E7500 2.53ghz..4gb ram..500 powersupply..
and AMD Radeon HD 6550 512mb 64bit.. i have a problem lagging after i turn up my game to best looking..its just dota2..if i use basic setting..no problem at all..can someone here help me what best GRAPHIC CARD suitable for me to play with high best looking in game..if i buy a 2GB 64bit graphic card..is it will solved my problem? or suggest me..but not too expensive..thanks guys

You should upgrade the cpu and the RAM at least, if you have the budget upgrade the whole pc. According to the dota2 review, the cpu can't handle the game well. http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/dota-2-performance-benchmark,3481-8.html

Yes, it will be good to get other GPU, but we don't know what budget you have.

The limiting factor here isn't your graphics card, it's your CPU. If you can't afford a Q9650 (the fastest quad your board supports), you could probably make do with a Q6600. You can find one for under $10 on eBay.

thanks guys...mayb i will fully upgarde..im just wondering if i buy G2030 3.2ghz,Asus P8H61,ram4gb and graphic card HD6570 2g ddr3 is it good enough?

The g2030 is a bit better than the g860, you are fine but it maybe not good enough, but it depends on how good is enough for you. Keep in mind the g2030 is still dual-core cpu, quad-core will be much better.

Herm..so for my budget..i will buy refurbished i5 dekstop..but what do u think about refurbished set..is it good? im just wanna use my pc over 2 years..

I've had mixed luck with refurbs, but I rarely regret a purchase. Just try to get as long a warranty as you can from a reputable retailer (Newegg, etc.) Try to buy directly from the retailer (if you can) and not an independent reseller. Usually a year is the best warranty you'll get.
