Hi, i've got a PC called HP Compaq 6005 Pro Small Form Factor PC which has

AMD Phenom II X 555 CPU (or B55)
3.0GB DDR2 Ram
AMD Radeon HD4200 Integrated Graphics
500GB Hard Disk
DVD RAM Drive
240W PSU
I've been wanting to change the GPU but at the same time I don't want to change the PSU. Is there a good graphics card that can run games like Minecraft and also Photoshop at a reasonable speed without having to change the PSU?

well because you have a low power supply and not much room (head room...from the picture it looks like you'll be fine with how wide it is) but still because of that power supply you're kind of limited. what games do you expect to play? my buddy has a SFF Dell pc and he got the Galaxy GeForce 610. now i don't really recommend that card because it is very low on the series 600 spectrum however that may be your only option. my other choice would most likely be the 620...

Can you recommend me a good and cheap PSU which is under £40?

to be honest I'm not sure you can upgrade that power supply because its a small form factor pc. because I'm not too familiar with power supplies too much i would create another forum and maybe some power supply experts can help you out. hope you get this figured out but for right now all i can recommend for video cards is the 610 or 620. those should be low power cards that will play some, not all, but some games at low-medium graphics.

The PSU is proprietary so upgrade is 99% not possible. Even replacement is hard to find :(.
On the GPU side your best bet is a GTX 750 low profile variant. It consumes little power and fits in the case. Unfortunately low profile 750-s have not reached the stores yet, expected to come soon though.
You can also try to get AMD 7750, or 7730 low profile video but these are also quite rare (not sure which is your country). Compatibility is not 100% sure also - the system is quite old.
