Good graphics card [Geforce 210] ,but Bioshock Infinite still lags at 640x480 !

I had downloaded Biopshock Infinite before,and also completed the game without any problems.
But now I have downloaded the game once again and this time the game runs like shit ! No matter how high or low I am going with the resolutions it still lags...
I made every tweak given on the internet,but not a single one worked !
I need help.
Or my 17 GB is straight in the bin

The Geforce 210 is not a good graphics card. It was released in 2008 and even back then it was incredibly slow. It's not fit for anything resembling modern gaming and only really exists as a cheap low end display adapter for people with dead integrated graphics or who are buying into a platform with no IGP but don't need more than basic display.

If your system has integrated graphics, odds are your integrated graphics will be better than the Geforce 210 unless your system is 6+ years old.

What Supernova said. A Geforce 210 is a decade-old GPU that wasn't even a gaming GPU a decade ago. The only thing a GPU like this can do in modern gaming is enable a CPU without an integrated GPU to navigate to the internet so you can order a gaming GPU.
