Good graphics card under 60

I would like to have a graphics card under 60 which can run GTA V on 60 fps in very low + 720p

Cpu is i3-6100
Ram is 4gb

Not possible, you'll want a 1050 which is a bit more, but has way more performance than anything in the $60 range which is mostly three generation old cards plus.

Upvoting this, if you shop on ebay a lot, you might be able to cop a RX 460 or a GTX 1050 for under $100. I would also recommend the open box section on MicroCenter which usually has a lot RX 460's for around $80. Good luck!

Literally the only card in this budget would be the gt 730, but I agree with the others - $80 is about the minimum spend for any real gaming performance

I have bough in the last 3 weeks, GTX 750TI for 75$ and one 1050 Ti for 80$, you just have to be a little patient

I was able to get 40 60 fps on GTA with nvidias recommended settings, with an i5 at 1080p
