Is this graphics card good?

What are your concerns on it/what do you want it to do?

Editing and gaming. If you would please Help me on my other forum post as well That would be great. Basically the same as this one But I need some help.

It is a solid entry level card for systems with weak power supplies or a limited budget. Dont expect high resolution/settings, but it can hold its own.

Should I upgrade the power supply? If so what to?

I dont know what PSU you are running. The 750Ti requires very little power (That is the novelty of it) so not likely.
