Can someone tell me a good graphics card for $250 - $400. I don't know a lot about tech so if you need to know any more information just tell me!

This is excellent last generation (read: a lot cheaper) card that will work well with your system: GeForce GTX 970 4GB.

I would like to add that SDD will significantly improve your system. For an example an average one Adata Premier SP550 SSD, or a premium one like Samsung 850 EVO if you could swing it, both 126gb at least but preferably 240(250).
