Good I5 for a budget

Sorry for another question!
What is a good I5 for a budget. It does not need to be overclockable. It needs to be able to play skyrim and oblivion. It will mainly be used for web browsing virtulization and a little video editing. Id like it be around $100 but no more than $150. I'm more than likely going purchase a kit with it from tiger direct.. also is a i5 6500 or 6600 or 6550 or something like that any good? Iv seen them in kits

i5-4460 is about the cheapest decent value i5 you can get but it usaully goes for around $170, your budget is more an i3 or fx series budget
