Hey, Guys, i have been having some serious issues, my tech knowledge is limited, but I have a firm grasp on the basics.

To start, my largest issue is packet loss on TeamSpeak no matter what server,
but when I ping those servers ip via CMD prompt I get no issues.

Iv tried replacing cables, restart routers and NBN boxes, even reset my router.

PC is clean from virus'

Most your tests show no issues. You even have low jitter. There is likely nothing wrong with the equipment in your house. You could ping the router in a continuous ping in a background window but I suspect you will see no loss.

You next step is to continuous ping hop2 in your trace in a background window. This is the ISP first router and represents the connection to your house. This tends to be the most common place for data loss. If you see it here you will need to have the ISP come out and measure the lines and look for issues. You need verify any wires from where it comes into the house to the modem since that is yours but I suspect it will be fine.

Now if you see no issues in hop1 and hop2 you are pretty much out of luck I suspect. You are now in the ISP network or in networks between ISP. This is likely why different tools give different results because you are traveling different paths in the internet. You could do tracert to a bunch of stuff and then run continuous pings to those too but other than something interesting to do you can not get it fixed. What can you do if you say find a issue with a router that say connects ATT and Level3. You have no accounts so even if you could find a phone number they won't talk to you.

You have to hope it is in the second hop.

Thats odd, where did my response go.

Anyways, can you please run this test on an elevated CMD.

ping www.google.com -f -l 1474

Replace www.google.com with other sites/ip addresses.
Also decrease the 1474 value after every test (ie 1474, 1464, 1454 etc) Only need around 4.
Please upload the screenshots.
