good laptop to buy for around 300-500

I was wondering what would be a good laptop to buy for around 300-500 price range, its not for gaming just a general about the house use. Thinking of a new one for my mum for xmas.

This is the cheaper of the 3 but also has good mid grade laptop graphics with 256 cores for graphics processing.
