Good Liquid Cooling For My Build

I like the cooler I have selected but Liquid Cooling will allow more overclocking and less noise correct? Try to keep it sorta cheap alright.

No, generally liquid cooling will be alot louder than an air cooler. I would keep the cooler you have FOR SURE. It is better than ANY closed loop liquid cooler for under $65.
