Good matx Mobo for overclocking a 6300?

Hey there, i'm looking at upgrading my mobo/cpu and was wondering what a good matx am3+ mobo to pair with the 6300 would be? I'm planning on overclocking the CPU a reasonable amount. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

There are no good matx overclocking boards.

The boards have poor power phase and thermal designs.

Yeah i generally only plan to game, Wow, bf4 etc. Would you say the 4150 outperforms the 6300?
