Good media card readers

Are there any out there? Having very little luck finding them (UK). They'd have to connect by USB 2 header or SATA as the USB 3 header on my board is taken by the case's USB 3 ports

What is a media card reader?

A reader that reads media cards like SD cards, micro SD cards and so on. Like a USB port, but for SD cards and things like that instead
