There's quite a few cases on the market which have full or partial 240mm rad support, but based on your list of components you are almost undoubtedly best off with the 250D, as it was specifically designed to support that cooler. Also, the 250D will support any PSU you can find, when the Prodigy (and friends) will be length limited to <160mm
Obviously in addition to the Prodigy you have the Phenom and Colossus ITX, but these have the same limitations.

The Corsair Obsidian 250D is a spectacular case for your needs, especially if you want to use a long video card, modular PSU, and the H100i (or any other large water cooler).

The only other case you may want to consider is the Node 304 by Fractal Design.

It's 2.5" smaller than the 250D in height and width, has no optical drive bay, and it will fit everything you mentioned...

BUT... (and this is very important) in the Node 304 you cannot use a full-length GPU with a modular PSU. The reason is that GPUs longer than 9" will run flush with most modular ATX PSUs, since modular PSUs are longer than average... which blocks access to about 2/3 of the PSUs modular plugs. So if you want a long 11" GPU, you have to use a non-modular power supply (since the cables emerge from the small amount of room the GPU leaves in the back).

That considered, I'd go with either the Fractal Design Node 304 or the Corsair Obsidian 250D... depending on your tastes and the above consideration.
