Good mobo for my XPS 8300?

Hello I currently have a Dell XPS 8300 and I was wanting to upgrade the mobo. What would be a good compatible mother board under $200?

Specs-
Intel core i7 2600
GTX 750 Ti
8GB of Ram

That case may be proprietary and not fit most boards. Why would you upgrade the board anyways? I doubt you would gain any performance.
