good mobo to overclock i5 4690k

so i need a good mobo to overclock an i5 4690k,
i was thinking i'd get something like a gigabyte z97x gaming 3 but i thought i might as well get a second opinion

before anyone says it no the asus z97-a is not available where i live

gigabyte z97x gaming 3 and asus z97-a are Tier Two board..
I prefer to pick MSI Z97 GAMING 5,good value in that price ,more better quality and perfect overclocking performance,Tier One-Class B would better than Tier Two board
