I want to buy a new gaming pc (about 1000$ budget) and I was wondering if there are new cpu's or graphic cards coming up in a near future that will make prices go down so I better wait for it to save some money or it's not worth the waiting?

I heard that Haswell-E series CPU's will be out late 2014, if you want to wait that long, then I will get back to you OCT/NOV '14. Agreed ?
