good motherboard for athlon x2 240

Since my cpu is aging, and i cant afford to buy a new one, what motherboard should i get? I'm on budget so a cheaper one that is good should be fine. I want my cpu to be overclocked to 3.2-3.3ghz.

Here's my current system's specs:
CPU: athlon x2 240
GPU: Evga GTX 460 1gb
RAM: 2X Kingston 2GB DDR2
PSU: Zalman 500w
HDD: 320GB Samsung SATA 2
Mobo: athlon ii x2 240

I want a ddr2 mobo since i dont have the money to buy ddr3 rams
