Good motherboard for Celeron

I'm looking for a good motherboard for a Value based system on Celeron, most likely on the 815e chipset with Video and Audio. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks

The Asus CUSL2 would be a good board for you. Performs well and is very reliable.
Or for a cheaper board, try this one:
