I'm currently looking to upgrade my motherboard & also switch to a motherboard that supports Intel.

I don't know any other essential information to list about what I currently have & what else I would maybe need.

All help is greatly appreciated! Thank you so much.

I currently have a:
Corsair CX650M Power supply.
ASUS PRIME X-370 A Motherboard.

I will list any other parts gladly! :)

You're going to need a large air cooler(EX: Dark Rock Pro 4) or a 280mm or larger AIO for that cpu.
If you intend to overclock that chip, then it's 360mm or bust.

Yes, or the Noctua NH-D15 - highly recommended, from what I've read. It also has a single fan variant to accommodate smaller mobos/cases. https://www.newegg.com/p/N82E16835608045?Description=NH-D15&cm_re=NH-D15-_-35-608-045-_-Product

In either case (regardless of which cooler), make sure your mid-tower case has the necessary size/clearance to accommodate your CPU cooler. Also, large air coolers can overhang the RAM slots, so RAM clearance could also be an issue to consider (there are low profile RAM modules available to solve this issue).

Thank you so much! I've looked at this one already. May take this one. I also have 4 corsair ram sticks.
