Good motherboard for Intel i-5 3470

Is that a good motherboard for an i-5? is it too much? I'm just building a PC to stream and play league of legends, and run other minor software.

Its a great motherboard, I currently own the step above(GD65) which is also a great mobo. Get it you will not be sorry!
