Good Motherboard for this Build?

This is my first build and I was wondering if the motherboard I chose was good. This is my build.

I only have enough money to spend around 145 dollars for the motherboard. Is want it to have SLI just incase for the future.
If you guys could tell me if my heating and case can keep the i7-8700k that would help me out alot. (Not going to use ALO coolers). Please help even complaints will help. I'm a little lost.

Perhaps the Asus Prime as an alternative?

I would say, the extreme 4 has really good balance of features and really good VRMs, if you overclock it's better than that MSI.
