[SOLVED] Good motherboard to replace intel dh61sa?

i want to replace my old intel dh61sa as i want to use a new graphics card. my specs:
intel core i3 2120 3.1 ghz (lga 1155)
8gb ram (2x 4gb ddr3 kingston ram sticks)
256 gb seagate hdd
i also want to buy a good graphics card under rs.6000($85) for the new motherboard and going to reuse the processor, ram sticks and other components on the new motherboard.

It won't be much of an upgrading motherboard that work with 2nd gen cpu.

any suggestions though? cause i really want a new graphics card but this old intel mobo doesnt have a pcie x16 slot

Get either

Asus B75M-PLUS
Gigabyte GA-B75M-D3H
Msi B75MA-E33

Because they have USB 3.0, HDMI and also compatible with your current build.

I really urge you to spend extra bucks to upgrade from your current i3-2120 to Ivy Bridge i5 or i7 for performance wise.
