good multifunction printer?

Is the HP PSC 2410 a good choice for home use or can you recommed something better in that price range?

I think you'll find everyone has a printer manufacturer that they prefer. Yes that model should be just fine for home use from what I can tell. The specs are pretty impressive.

If you can't make up your mind about it, grab a photo (or photo card with photos on it if you have one) and run down to a local retailer that has a demo on the floor and try it out. Most retailers won't care if you do this and may even provide the supplies. If they won't let you, go somewhere else. Compare it to other models and see what you like best. In the end, pick a model that best fits your needs and one that you find easy to use. Nobody on this forum can decide those things for you.

BTW, don't let a sales person steer you to the model they want to sell you because you will find they have models they champion compared to others. Usually this will be the model they get the most commission for.<P ID="edit"><FONT SIZE=-1><EM>Edited by m39shadow on 11/18/03 02:46 PM.</EM></FONT></P>
