I5 unlocked is one of the best processors, even tho it's 3rd gen (4th is newest) it will never bottleneck and it's faster execution per core than AMD
Tom's recommends unlocked Intel CPUs for gaming.
Ram is 1866Ghz at 1.5v and 9 latency is the best out there. You start having problems once you go past 1.5V and Latency is really good.
Video Card is 7950 3gb, (386 bit bus) so it will handle all the games at ultra.
PSU, all you need is 12v rail with 30+ amps to support GPU. So even 430W will do but 500W has a little extra juice in case you want to OC ur GPU (Which you do)
For Case, it has a side vent for GPU and top vent so you can push air thru the top because heat rises
For HDD I Chose basic 1T thats cheap and fast

Optional:
I chose SSD 120GB 450Mb/s read/write
It boosts load speeds because it'll act more like a cache for 1T HDD
you can put your OS and most frequent used programs like Videogames(1 or 2), Photoshop, etc

Solution

I forgot
Mobo: I chose it because it supports the Ram and it can support 2 GPUs but you will need a stronger PSU.

The PSU I posted is sufficient for 1 GPU. It's a trusted brand and 12v*38amps = 456W
AMD suggests 400W for their GPUs.

i saw an xfx radeon 7970 for $289. should i snatch it up? its $80 bucks off.

so you guys think i should go with a haswel build instead of amd?
(intels just so much more expensive....)
