Good OBDII Scanner?

Hello everyone!
I have a 2001 Hyundai elantra GLS and I am trying to start doing my own repairs on it, I am wondering about OBDII scanners to help me diagnose my isseus. Can anyone suggest good, cheap scanners that are around $50 if possible? (cam go up to $100 if it is really worth the price)

Just get a Bluetooth module for $10 and use the free torque app on you phone to read it. This one works fine.

I have the one below and confirm it works well on my Ford. Be careful of the ultra cheap ones, they don't have the correct protocols for many vehicles and don't last. I also use the Torque app for Android.

There are other scan tools on the App Store. You might read the reviews on some of them and see which device is working for them. Amazon reviews might also lead you to a recommendation for a particular device for the Iphone.
