Good oc for gtx 1080 using precesionx

Was looking for some good settings to run for a gtx 1080 i see people overclocking their 1080's and getting more fps then when i tried.

It depends on the entire setup and keep in mind theat every chip is different. But why overclocking a beast such the gtx 1080?
