I'm using an Ryzen 3 1200 using the stock cooler , paired with an MSI B350 Gaming Pro and an DDR4 8 Gb 2666 MHZ (1x8). So what's an good OC for long term use (3-5 years).
Stable is 10 minutes of prime95 with no errors while ryzen should be under 70c. Use prime95 version 26.6 and HW monitor. http://www.mersenneforum.org/showthread.php?t=15504

What ever you can get stable under 1.35v. The only question is how much heat the stock cooler can take per voltage needed. With the stock cooler probably 3.6~3.8Ghz and 1.25~1.3v.

I would expand on stable, 10 mins of Prime is a good indicator but to be stable the pc must not have issues under normal usage. I have seen systems pass stress tests but be unstable in other usages.
