Good OCing Board for a FX-8350 ($AUD)

The title mainly says all. I want a good mobo for OCing a FX-8350 around $200 AUD.
also on a second note, Should i buy a OC mobo, or should i just replace my current mobo and CPU for a I7-4790k and a new mobo for that?

Good am3+ boards are expensive, at least here in China. Either way I would replace both cpu and mb.

What for do you want to overclock? Are you doing any cpu related work? It is better to upgrade your gpu if you game only.
