Good optimizing parts

I have an asus essentio m11 series that im using for gaming. what do i need to change in it to optimize its capabilities? im lookin for at least 60-70 fps on League of legends at the highest setting.

Unless you choose a custom built laptop from a distributor for a OEM such as Clevo you will find very little upgrade options available on most laptops.
