GOOD or NAH? Prebuilt System

I'm looking for a decent prebuilt system that can run games like Overwatch, maybe Battlefield etc. on decent settings, and can be used for making YouTube videos on programs such as Sony Vegas, After Effects, and Photoshop.

THIS IS CANADIAN MONEY SO AMERICAN IT WOULD BE AROUND 730.

I know that 730 is really low for a PC with expectations like that AND it's prebuilt. If it's not please reccomend some good ones for around that price
