Good Overclocking Build for FX 6300?

I've been thinking about buying an overclocking motherboard and a CPU cooler for my build. I'm just wondering if I got the right motherboard and a good cooler.By the way,if you could make any make modifications to my build, please do so. Oh and one more thing, my budget is 700$ CAD.

The board is great but the PSU is poor not for overclocking.

If you plan on OCing then avoiding that PSU would be a good idea.

If your AMD it's fine it's an intel sleep state issue.

Incorrect. The PSU I linked isn't Haswell Ready but when you order the PSU from NCIX they send the TS550 rather than the PRO550W. The TS550 is a Haswell Ready PSU. I cannot speak for the NCIX. I only know this for a fact for the Canadian one.

All is well. I have ordered two of those XFXs from them at different times and they gave me TS550s both times. And I helped a member on here not too long ago and he also received a TS550. Odd that they wouldn't advertise this considering the fact that the TS550 is technically worth more due to the certification.
