Good Overclocking Rig on a Budget?

I just need to know if this will be able to overclock to a good, 4.5ghz to 5 ghz.

Here are the specs
Asus M5A99FX-PRO-R2
Amd Fx6300 Am3+
Cosiar H60Se
Thermaltake Smart Power 650W
NZXT Guardian 921 RB
Asus nVidia GeForce GTX 650 Ti 1GB DCII OC

And just to know, The graphics card? Good?

Mobo is ASUS M5A97 R2.0
Cooler Thermaltake NiC F4 Dual 120mm

you will probably be gpu bottlenecked anyway, so OC'ing the cpu probably wont gain you much in most games. Thermaltake psu's are pretty poor usually. Only the thermaltake toughpower series are good, but overpriced compared to similar corsair and antec models
