[SOLVED] Good parts for my gtx1050?

After my sata port ripped off, I'm planning on getting a new system upgrade and not replace my Motherboard. My current specs are:

Gtx1050 2nd
Ga78lmt usb3 r2 (broken)
Fx4300 (useless)
Cx450 psu
8gb ddr3 ram

I am planning on spending somewhere at 130£ maximum and want to know if those specs are completely fine:

ASUS PRIME A320M-K
Ryzen 3 2200g

But also if that motherboard is the exact or similar size to my old one because I have not checked yet. Thanks!

The problem with the motherboard is you may have to update the BIOS first before you can use the CPU. It would be easier to buy a B450 motherboard to ensure complete compatibility out of the box.

Also, you did factor in the price for DDR4 RAM, right?

Yes. Ryzen does NOT support DDR3 in any form.

You could use a b350 or a320 motherboard since most come with an updater bios.
