They will be new parts out by then and prices change check back when your ready to buy.

There will be new generations of AMD and nVidia GPU by then. New AMD CPU and possibly new desktop Intel CPU by then. Likely cheaper SSD.

With that budget you’ll be able to build something mid range. That’s all I could say. As everything will be better.
