changing the build abit, next week is deadline, so ill be getting it next week
heres the build:

cpu: Intel xeon e3 1241 (no other xeon there) $335
motherboard: Asrock B85 Pro3 $93
GPU: R9 380 Nitro 4GB $325
ram: kingston 16gb(2x4gb) 1866hz $107
SSD: 120gb sandisk (only for os and the main programs like photoshop) $59
HDD: seagate 3.5" 1TB $70
PSU: Antec vp-600 $78
OS: windows 10 usb $142
CPU Cooler: Coolermaster Hyper 103 universal cooler $33
Case: Deepcool tesseract Case (will get $10 extra fans.) $49

I could've got DDR4, decided not to since i would have to change the xeon.
Chose xeon since its basically an i7 without any onboard graphics.
Not planning to overclock, which is why i chose xeon instead of an i5 like 6600k.
1866hz ram, even though DDR4's lowest is 2400hz I had no choice since 1150 boards do not include ddr4
Why Asrock? only b85 mobo on msy (im choosing the 'pick up' option which is why i dont want to choose any other website)
windows usb? last time i used disks was like 2 years ago.
Antec vp-600? I just want it to do its job.

any good? (dont really think i need an aftermarket cooler since im not overclocking)

would non-modular do the job also?

if the non module isnt in stock by next week, ill just get the vp-600. I just want the psu to do its job
