It's pretty good. But i don't think the gtx 1060 will fit into the case

I would switch your cpu to the i5 7500, the difference is speeds will not be noticed and use what you save towrds a ssd for the os, just a small 120gb should work and will make the build feel alot faster but other then that it looks solid to me enjoy!

And a note according to case specs you will have plenty of clearance for the gpu

From the productivity side, yes. on the gameing side currently intel is still ahead. This is as of right now where they will be 6 months from now no one knows for sure

*this statement is based on simultated performance done atm, not by a true ryzen 5 cpu as the have not been released yet so take it with a grian of salt or two
