1. You are missing the other half of your computer, but I am guessing you have those pars already.

2. I would recommend a higher speed of RAM. Ryzen works better with higher speed RAM, so I would recommend two sticks of 3000 or up.

And a side note, make sure the motherboard is up to date on the bios so it can run the 2200G. Overall, not a bad selection

I would go for this everyday of the week and twice on Sundays. Kasper made a great list here!

It's a solid build, I would go with the B450/3200mhz RAM as listed in Kasper Jorgensen's recommendation as the 2200G will perform a bit better with faster RAM and you won't need to worry about BIOS updates. If your gaming prior to getting a 11XX GPU just make sure your iGPU drivers are up to date and you should be able to game smoothly at 720P.

b450 motherboard is not available in the philippines

Ohh, I see. The problem with the B350 board is that it needs an updated BIOS in order to work with a 2nd gen CPU, and in order to update the BIOS you need to install a 1st gen Ryzen CPU.
So if you can figure a way to get the board updated the B350 board will be fine.

Or you can go Intel

Yes, absolutely. But if he are going to get a discrete GPU anyway it doesn't matter if the iGPU are good or not.
