Is my pc okay for gaming and have a good quality/prices ?, Do you have any suggestion about better component with similiar price ?

Well first, your motherboard may require you to purchase an older cpu in order to update the bios to support the 9400f.

Also, no reason buying 3600mhz ram. Any non z370/90 motherboard will limit the ram to 2666mhz.

That psu is also garbage.

The build from NighthawkRMX is very good indeed. I would get a corsair CX550M instead of the seasonic 450w. 450 is quite limited and I dont find any real reason to go for 80+ gold on an under 1k gaming system build.

Unfortunately the selection of good psus in france is limited.

i agree, 3600mhz ram is overkill for an intel budget build
