Good PC but games keep freezing

Hello, I've been having a problem with my computer while playing games, when I am playing the game will freeze and sometimes even crash.
my PC Specs are:
Ryzen 5 1600
GTX 1060 6GB
16GB Ram
I don't know if the ram might be the problem because only 5.3 is being used.
Anyway I hope you could help me.

So I downloaded Memtest and I used Windows Memory Diagnostic Tool but both programs said no error. I was thinking that it could be windows 10 but I'm not sure.

What's the game you playing? With that specs it should not freeze or even stutter on heavy games.

What PSU? This is beginning to sound like a PSU issue.

Definitely sounds like a PSU issue now. What PSU do you have? Try with a spare PSU which has a good Wattage and Rating. How much is it outputting through the 12V line?

It's 500W 80plus bronze so I don't think it could be my power supply but I'm not sure.
