[SOLVED] Good PC But Lots Of FPS Drops

Pc Specs:
8 GB Ram
GTX 1070
I5 8600k
Gigabyte H310M A Motherboard
1TB Hard Drive
128gb SSD
650 EVGA Motherboard Bronze Certified

So I built a pc with these components but it doesnt seem to run my games at anything more than medium settings at a very low resolution and it doesnt make sense as to why anybody got any solutions?

Do you have 1 8gb stick of ram? if yes that is your problem get another one exactly like it, or get a 16gb git of 3200mhz ram. it will work wonders for your gaming experience
