Good PC But LOW FPS?

Hi, I have a really good pc but I'm getting low fps on games like Mount and blade and battlegrounds? REALLY confusing

SpecS:

Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4690K CPU @ 3.50GHz

Video Card AMD Radeon (TM) R9 380 Series

RAM 16 GB

Operating System Microsoft Windows 8.1 (build 9600), 64-bit

Anyone know the issue?

What is your CPU/GPU usage? What are your temps? What FPS are you getting? What settings are you on?

GPU Temp while playing around 55 with 60 Fan speed, GPU speed 102, CPU at, pretty much looks like this while ingame:

Getting like 30 FPS, used to be constant 60 fps

What about the usage? You may want to use something like MSI Afterburner or NZXT CAM to see the the actual usage.

Check your Task Manager processes to see if there's something running in the background. I know the FileHippo app I have has a bug in it where after it's been running so many days, it starts eating up CPU cycles like crazy. When I forget to turn it off, games like Heroes of the Storm drop to sub teen fps....

Yes I guess so, it's 0 when I'm have no game launching

Interesting. Your GPU is using 100%, which is what you want. I would recommend using DDU to completely remove your drivers, and then download the latest drivers from https://www2.ati.com/drivers/beta/non-whql-win8.1-64bit-radeon-software-crimson-relive-17.6.2-june13.exe
