Question Good pc but low fps?

Hi, When I play games like Rust, Fortnite, Apex, and Csgo, I get very low fps even in the ultra low settings. I should be getting more fps knowing the power of my specs. In rust on potato mode I average about 40-50 fps, in fortnite with everything low except render distance, I average 100 fps, in Apex with medium settings i average 60 fps and in csgo on low settings i average 100 fps. Make sure your drivers are up to date and scan your system for malware using malwarebytes. Do you see abnormally high usage of anything in task manager?

all drivers up to date and how many mbs is considered high usage?

I have multiple processes that are over 10 gb like steam client bootstrapper which reaches 50.4 mbs

10gb is very high ram usage. What is using it all? Make sure you dont have any malware causing this.

Sorry i meant to say 10 mbs I have nothing over 1 gb. Sorry about the mix up

If you recently updated any drivers that changed this behavior, do a roll back to the previous version. While gaming make sure to close background programs that uses up CPU which can cause lag.

It happend before updating drivers and I normally only have the game running when playing.
