[SOLVED] Good pc but still lagging

Hello ! I bought a new gaming laptop. It has really good components on it but I can't figure out why I get FPS drop or lag in some games.

Graphics card: GeForce GTX 1650 4GB

Motherboard : HP Pavilion Game Laptop 15-dk0xxx

Processor: Intel i5-9300H CPU @ 2.400 GHz (8CPUs), equivalent to 2.4GHz

RAM : 8GB

Windows 10 Home

So what could possibly be the problem? I have updated all the graphics card drivers from GeForce Experience.

All of my temperatures are okay and all of the components are detected.

How much FPS are you getting and in what game?

I get a decent FPS in many games, but such as Insurgency Sandstorm, I can't even see my character and the game is laggy..

Tried turning the settings down? Your GPU might just be slightly weak

I tried, but when I open the task manager, it seems that my memory is over 98%..

Well it maybe RAM issues then. Warzone on my friend's pc had huge fps drops because he only had 8gb

Is increasing my pc's RAM seems to be the solution to it?
