Hello everyone,
I am new to this PC building stuff and I would like to ask if you could give me a recommendation for a Build. It should contain a monitor and OS. I plan to overclock.

Solution
Best I could do, whilst keeping a quality monitor in the list. i5-6500 + GTX 970 and unlocked RAM speed.

It's better to not focus on overclocking, unless you're fine with a cheaper monitor. The Dell U2414H is very good though.
