Good pc for AAA games

Hey guys I dont know alot about computers and I was wondering if this is a good rig for the AAA games like gta dying light and fallout 4 with some good fps.

Processor: intel i7-6400k
Processor Speed: 4.0ghz
System memory ram: 16 gb
Graphics card: Nvidia gtx 960 4 gb
Video memory: 4 gb
Liquid cooling
128gb SSD
2tb harddrive
Intel turbo boost
Motherboard: intel z170

What's your budget? I think that's too much CPU and not enough GPU. And if you're considering Cyberpower, don't. You can get much better if you build it yourself.

Heres the thing. My girlfriend bought me that PC that I specified earlier and I want to know if I can get atleast 60 fps on atleast medium settings before I open it so I can return it if not. Would that PC be able to run the games on around medium settings with high fps

Depends on your monitor resolution. 1080P - easily. 1440P - will get decent FPS, but may struggle a bit. 4K - no way.

An i7-6700K plus a GTX 960 should easily achieve that. If you want to go beyond that and add 4K or Oculus you will need a GPU upgrade.
