Build Advice Good PC for playing Paradox games ?

Hi

I know absolutely nothing about computers and wanted to get a decent pc to play some Paradox games. I have a budget of around CAD$1100 (don't know if that's enough). Just want to play ck3 running decent and maybe some overwatch. I have a series x and don't need a pc to play the best games. Any recommendations would be highly appreciated. Thanks.
